18-month-old child missing in northwestern Wisconsin has been located safe

A Trempealeau County 18-month-old child was found safe Saturday evening, authorities said.

Sawyer Jacobs, who was considered missing and endangered, had been last seen Thursday in Eleva, Wisconsin.
