Update 2 weeks post-op
Hi guys,
Quick update, I'm at the airport, finally leaving Marbella!! Just about to board, omg I'm so scared I hope it will be alright... Cirumed gives a letter to explain, I hope they won't be looking at me too weird haha!
It's very exhausting to stay up for so long before boarding etc, and I'm happy I didn't have my flight one week post op!
Anyway this week was a bit rough somehow, my swelling increased a lot especially in lower back, because the first garment was not tight enough anymore, and the new one they gave me was way too small, couldn't fit in it. So I had to go back to the clinic and they sorted out fortunately, not it's much better.
Also I got food poisoning on Thursday, got a "healthy" quinoa salad in a dodgy bar in town and jeeeezzzz it ruined my evening and my last 2 days... Was a nightmare really, been on banana-rice-yogurt diet for 2 days, hope I didn't kill too much fat :'(
I've uploaded some pics, this is 10 days post-op and I'm forcing myself to not take any pics anymore until 1 months! But so fat it looks really nice, it's shrinking a tiny bit but I like it it's still nice and round!
Plus with the tiny waist it looks bigger! Btw I couldn't resist I measured my waist yesterday and it's 74cm (around 28 I think), where it was nearly 80cm before op WOOOW!!

One week post-op with bikini
Alright so my internet is sh*t here so it's a real struggle, but here are some pics from one week post op in my bikini! (Except that I can't go to the beach or pool hahaha what a shame...)
I'm in looooove with my behind hahaha, it's not too big and I'm actually mentally preparing myself that it'll go down a bit... :'(
Currently trying my best to feed the fat and sending strength to my vessels so that they build up and help the fat to stay haha!
I wonder if contracting the glutes muscles from time to time would actually help to pump blood to the area and be beneficial?
Or not at all and I'm being delusional haha, what do you think guys?
