LIZ LOZA: Taking Teddy Bridgewater and saying like, oh, I know-- I know the narrative about this guy is that he's a manager and he's safe, and maybe that remains to be true. And I think when you look at Robby Anderson joining the team, you have-- you've got Curtis Samuel and Robby Anderson. When you add those guys and you look at Teddy Bridgewater's skill set, at least in recent times, they don't exactly align perfectly.

And yet, to me, that indicates either Rhule's like, I'm going to do what I'm going to do. I'm going to bring back, like, vintage Teddy, even though--

MATT HARMON: Never really was, yeah.

LIZ LOZA: --he never really was, like, the strongest-armed quarterback, but fine. He could be electric, at least, before the knee injury. And also he is a placeholder for what we are creating, and I've got a seven-year-long runway to do it.

MATT HARMON: Yeah. No, I mean, I think that while I like the Robby Anderson signing so much, again, from, like, a real-life football perspective and actually from a fantasy perspective in, like, a bit of a twist sort of way is, number one, like, this team needed more offensive juice because I liked the wide-receiver duo of DJ Moore and Curtis Samuel, but there is absolutely nothing on that roster behind them. And even at tight end, Ian Thomas is intriguing but I would still say unproven. And then it's McCaffrey and then pretty much no one else.

Like, that's a pretty solid core to work with, but then you bring in a vertical threat like Robby Anderson to be your two or your three, and then that's-- like, that's exciting because we know that vertical threats like Robby Anderson are natural coverage dictators. Like, teams have to account for them.
