Thigh's the limit! Ciara flashes leg and a plunging neckline in revealing black and red ensemble at the 2020 AMAs

Ciara was the first presenter at the American Music Awards on Sunday night, and certainly made an impression in an eye-catching black and red ensemble.

The 35-year-old singer presented the Favorite Album - Soul & R&B award at the Microsoft Theater, following the opening numbers from Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and host Taraji P. Henson.

The Weeknd ended up winning the first award, beating out Doja Cat's Hot Pink and Summer Walker's Over It.

Ciara came out rocking a flowing red dress with a plunging neckline with a slit up the leg as she wore her hair in cornrows.

She rocked thigh-high black leather boots as she walked out on stage, with several necklaces danging from her neck.

The singer and wife to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson completed her look with a pair of silver hoop earrings and several rings.

Ciara's presenting duties come almost exactly after hosting the show herself from the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

The singer released her seventh studio album Beauty Marks in May 2019, just months before her hosting duties.

Ciara gave birth to her third child Win Harrison Wilson in July, but she didn't waste much time getting back to work.

Ciara released her new song Rooted featuring Ester Dean in August, though there is no indication if a new album is on the way.

The singer started dating Wilson in 2015, before they announced their engagement in March 2016 and they tied the knot that July.

Ciara gave birth to their first child with ex-husband Future in 2014, with the singer and Wilson's first child Sienna born in 2017.

Ciara started her career as a songwriter, with her first song 10,000 Times on Blu Cantrell's debut album So Blu.

She also wrote Got Me Wating for Fantasia Barrino's debut album Free Yourself before releasing her first album Goodies in 2004.

She has also released Ciara: The Revolution in 2006, Fantasy Ride in 2009, Basic Instinct in 2010, Ciara in 2013 and Jackie in 2015.

Despite rising COVID-19 numbers rising across the country, there was a limited audience in attendance at the event as organizers for the award show took several precautions to make it as safe an event as possible.

A Dick Clark Productions spokesperson told Rolling Stone on Saturday: 'We have rigorous Covid-19 safety guidelines and protocols in place — approved by the unions and with guidance from L.A. County Department of Public Health — that are beyond what is required.'

Anyone who is entering the venue was tested in advanced and will continue to be tested throughout the production until wrap.

Facial coverings were also required for anyone not on stage inside of the venue with the one exception being background dancers who will also be required to wear masks.
