65.000 Germans unite against racism at „#wirsindmehr” free concert in Chemnitz

Thousands attended a concert dedicated against racism, xenophobia and violence in Chemnitz, Germany.

After the right-wing and anti-right-wing riots in Chemnitz last week, a special concert took place on Monday, 3 September: The German bands Die Toten Hosen, Kraftklub and many more performed to set an example against hate and racism. We talked about the effect of such protest campaigns and about further possibilities to engage against extremism.
