What Are Schools Near Hinsdale Planning?

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale High School District 86 is starting its year fully remote, while Hinsdale School District 181 is beginning with a blended approach of in-person and remote days.

Area school districts have decided lately on how to handle their classes in light of the pandemic. Teachers unions have pressed for more remote learning, while vast majorities of parents surveyed in some districts have supported at least some in-person lessons.

Of the eight elementary districts surrounding District 181, four are starting the year fully remote. Three are offering a hybrid model of remote and in-person lessons, and another is in person. All are offering a fully remote option for families.
