Today Selva Interactive is happy to announce their innovative resource management game, Illuminaria, is coming to Steam on August 4th. Illuminaria brings players to a world lost to darkness. Players, using an army of little robots, must bring light back to the world. Of course, to do this, players must build with mined resources. As you develop your operations the darkness will be sending stronger and stronger foes to destroy the robot swarm. Players must expand, defend multiple bases, and manage the resources of these bases all while defending themselves from the forces of darkness.Â
The game combines different genres to make a unique experience. Ranging from a resource management sim to an auto battler and even tower defense. Illuminaria aims to a deliver a mixed bag of strategy all with intelligent AI that are smart enough to decide what to do next. Your robot swarm can take over tasks themselves based on their own intelligence and player input. Everything can be resolved with a few clicks.
