Birmingham firefighters are assisting Fultondale police who have located what might be a methamphetamine lab, authorities said this morning.
Firefighters who specialize in dealing with hazardous materials have been called to assist, said Battalion Chief C.W. Mardis.
Fultondale police said they have not confirmed it is a meth lab, but have set up a command center at Broad Street and 6th Avenue.
