Hokes Bluff police find two people dead, say there's no threat to public

Hokes Bluff Police Chief Tyler Roe said the discovery Thursday of the bodies of two people in a residence poses no threat to the public.

Police responded at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday to a residence on McLain Street and found two people in the living room of the home. The two, an elderly couple, were deceased when found.
