TWO OR MORE CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

(2) Wienerschnitzel No. 785, 6319 82nd St. Ste. 700 – observed cold hold food items held at improper temperatures. Observed buildup on ice deflector panel.

(3) Manara Café, 2623 34th St. – observed tubs of raw chicken and boxes of french fries stored on floor of walk-in freezer. Observed label residue on food storage items.

(3) Taqueria Autlan Mobile Unit, 2722 58th St. – observed cold hold food items held at improper temperatures. Observed no thermometers in reach-in cooling unit. Observed gaskets repaired with tape on reach-in cooling units.

(10) Mar Y Tierra No. 2, 3702 19th St. – observed multiple cases of cold hold food items being held at improper temperatures. Items voluntarily discarded. Observed raw bacon stored over queso. Observed mold on deflector panel in contact with ice. Observed multiple cases of possible cross-contamination. Observed no certified food manager on site at the time of inspection. Observed green chili, menudo, brisket, pico de gallo, shredded chicken and many vegetables without seven-day date-mark. Observed inadequate date-marking systems. Observed no thermometer in cold hold units. Observed no chemical test strips on site at the time of inspection. Observed no paper towels at hand sink. Observed no seal on dish machine rails. Observed heavy buildup on fan covers in walk-in cooling unit. Observed missing coving by walk-in cooling unit. Due to the number in nature of violations, food safety knowledge was not observed.
