The shoes worn by Michael Jackson when he did his signature moonwalk for the first time are up for auction.

The King of Pop wore the black loafers during rehearsals for the “Motown 25” TV special in 1983.

GWS Auctions will sell the shoes at a live auction at the end of May.

It’s estimated the loafers will go for around $10,000.

According to the auction description, the shoes “are in wonderful condition for their age, with evident signs of use to the soles.”

The auction house said Jackson gave the shoes to a dancer-choreographer after the rehearsal who’s had them ever since.

Jackson’s performance of “Billie Jean” for the “Motown 25” TV special marked the debut of the moonwalk.
