Many communities have canceled or postponed their annual fireworks displays, parades and community events. Cleveland’s big July 4th fireworks show has been delayed until September 19, while towns like Parma and Fairport Harbor are encouraging residents to celebrate among family by decorating their homes in patriotic themes.
