Clarendon Hills Student Gets UW-Whitewater Scholarship

Recipient is studying communication sciences and disorders.

HINSDALE, IL — Two area students are among those who have received scholarships for the 2019-20 academic year at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. They are Emma Kroeger of Clarendon Hills, who is studying communication sciences and disorders, and Stephanie Rickert of Darien, who is studying chemistry.

Kroeger won the Dale N. Stettler Education Scholarship, while Rickert received the Transfer Excellence Scholarship. The UW-Whitewater Foundation awarded more than $2.3 million in scholarships to students. The application period for next year's scholarships is now open.
