President Pranab Mukherjee greets Bahrain’s king on National Day

In a message to Bahrain's king, Mukherjee said: "On behalf of the government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I have great pleasure in extending warm greetings and felicitations to Your Majesty and the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the occasion of your National Day."

New Delhi, Dec 15: President Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday greeted Bahrain King Hamad bin lsa Al Khalifa on his kingdom’s National Day, an official statement said. In a message to Bahrain’s king, Mukherjee said: “On behalf of the government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I have great pleasure in extending warm greetings and felicitations to Your Majesty and the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the occasion of your National Day.”

Mukherjee also said he was confident that their bilateral cooperation will diversify and strengthen in the coming years. “I take this opportunity to convey to Your Majesty my best wishes for your personal good health and well-being, as also for the continued progress and prosperity of the friendly people of the Kingdom of Bahrain,” Mukherjee said.
