Orange Beach Seafood Festival & Car Show

The 27th Annual Orange Beach Seafood Festival and Car Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 at The Wharf on Main Street.

The festival is the major fundraising event for the Orange Beach Sports Association and supports youth sports in Orange Beach.  The 2019 event will feature a full day of delicious food, 130 artists from throughout the South, and music for the whole family on two stages.  In addition, there will be a large Kids’ Zone with activities, a huge car show – featuring antique, classic and hot rod vehicles – and new this year “Paws on Parade,” so make plans to bring your furry best friend in costume!

Paws on Parade starts at 1:30 p.m. A minimum donation of $5 is required to participate in the pet parade. Participants must be in costume and may use a wagon, stroller or other small unmotorized decorated “float” that can be pulled. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place for Best Costume/Wagon Float. Registration from noon to 1 p.m. at the Ferris wheel and parade from 1:30-2:15 p.m.

The Car Show will be open from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please note that the Car Show has moved to the west side of The Wharf to accommodate more vehicles. Vehicles can be registered on the day of the event but everyone is encouraged to sign up beforehand. (Register today: Printable 2019 Car Show Application.) Cars can start checking in at 8 a.m. and must be in place by 9:30 a.m.

The annual Seafood Festival logo contest winner was 12-year-old Channing Robbins, a sixth-grader at Orange Beach Elementary School.
