From ramen to hot chicken, 10 new North Jersey restaurants to try

There may be a pandemic raging but that apparently hasn't stopped new restaurants from opening in our region.

Within the past few weeks, we saw the launching of a spot that offers Nashville hot chicken with a Pakistani twist; another that sells donuts and Bundt cakes flavored with traditional Indian spices; a third that specializes in vegan olive oil cakes dusted with rose powder and decorated with flower petals and sprigs of lavender — plus more.
