Seohyun is working on selecting her next acting project!

On February 18, an industry representative reported that the Girls’ Generation member has been chosen as the lead of the new JTBC drama “Private Life” (literal title).

The upcoming drama is about a con artist who unintentionally gets involved in private matters on a national scale and competes against massive corporations.

Seohyun has received the offer to play Cha Joo Eun, who reflects the sorrows of ordinary people living in Korea. She grew up learning con artist skills from her parents, who have committed fraud in order to survive.

“Private Life” is scheduled to air in the second half of 2020.
