Four newly-released albums find their way into the top 10 on the U.K. chart this week, refreshing almost half the spots inside the uppermost tier on the tally. A pair of titles fought for the throne, and they land in the loftiest two rungs on the just-published list.

Leading the way is The 1975’s Notes on a Conditional Form, the fourth album from the alternative pop-rock group. The band has now managed to push all of their full-lengths to the peak position, keeping their record perfect.

Rising hip-hop talent KSI debuts his first solo album Dissimulation at No. 2 on the chart thanks to an impressive 27,000 equivalent units shifted. In stark contrast to Notes on a Conditional Form’s performance, the vast majority of those units are composed of streams. The title is his first top 10 in the country, though he came close to breaking into the area with a pair of top 20 titles.

Dissimulation was previewed by five singles, all of which entered the U.K. songs chart and most of which became quick hits. 2019’s “Down Like That” with Rick Ross, Lil Baby and S-X peaked at No. 10, while “Wake Up Call” with Trippie Redd narrowly missed the highest tier, stalling at No. 11. This year, “Poppin’” with Lil Pump and Smokepurpp rose as high as No. 43 (becoming the lowest-charting of the singles released before the album dropped) while “Houdini” with Swarmz and Tion Wayne gave him a second top 10 when it debuted at No. 6 a short time ago.

This week, two more tracks from the project, “Cap” with Offset and “Killa Killa” with Aiyana-Lee, debut at Nos. 24 and 27, respectively.

Both Lewis Capaldi’s Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent and Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia decline from Nos. 1 and 2 to Nos. 3 and 4, respectively.

American rapper Gunna breaks into the top 10 for the first time with his new solo album Wunna, which starts its time on the tally at No. 5. Three songs from the set debut on the songs list this time around, with the title track launching at No. 83, "Dollaz on My Head" with Young Thug landing at No. 84 and “Top Floor” with Travis Scott appearing at No. 90.

Harry Styles’ Fine Line slips from third to sixth place this frame.

The fourth and final new entrant inside the top 10 on the U.K. albums chart this frame comes from South Korean superstar Agust D, better known by another moniker, Suga. He has made his name as one of seven members of BTS, but now he’s broken out on his own and scored his first top 10 as a soloist with his second mixtape D-2, which opens at No. 7. The project’s single "Daechwita" starts at No. 68 on the singles ranking, meaning the soloist has landed his first appearances on both the albums and songs charts at once.

The final three spots inside the top 10 this week are occupied by Ed Sheeran’s No.6 Collaborations Project, Elton John’s Diamonds and Billie Eilish’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, which land at Nos. 8, 9 and 10, respectively.
