Guildford Fringe Festival is going ahead this year and for many people it will be the first big event they've been to in a very long time.
Spread across three weeks in July, the family friendly festival is a celebration of the arts and is held at venues across Guildford.
From theatre, burlesque, comedy and children's events, to music, dance, exhibitions, talks, workshops and cabarets, the programme is jam-packed with entertainment.

Held ahead of the famous Edinburgh Fringe which normally takes place at the end of each summer, the Surrey event gives producers, acts and artists an opportunity to preview their work before they showcase it at the largest Fringe Festival in the world.

Tickets: Book online at guildfordfringefestival.com, on the telephone on 01483 361101 or in person at The Star Inn, Quarry Street, GU1 3TY each day from 6pm. Prices vary.
Covid rules: Masks must be worn in venues and during shows. For open air productions such as Opera in the Meadows, masks must be worn when walking around. Guests should not attend if they have any Covid symptoms.
