The armed robbery at a LaGrange home turned into a shooting.

One man is in custody and police are looking for another in connection with an armed robbery and shooting at a LaGrange home.

Rakeem McCamey, 27, was arrested after investigators said he was one of the suspects who robbed three men in the residence and shot one.

The robbery and subsequent shooting happened at a home in the 800 block of Troup Street just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, LaGrange police said in a news release.

Gereme Smith, Jabryn Penn and Demarius Walker were all inside when two suspects came in, held them at gunpoint and demanded their money, police said.

The suspects ran away from the home after shooting Smith, police said. He was taken to a hospital in Columbus. His condition is not known.
