JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - A security system helped capture the scene as a burglary suspect broke into the back door of a house as police hope to capture the suspect involved.

According to a post on the Jonesboro Police Department Facebook page, officers went to Southbrook Drive on April 3 after getting a call about an alarm.

The back door was kicked in and police said a firearm was taken from the house.

“Luckily, the homeowner caught it on his security system,” the post noted.
