‘It’s not fair’ – Solskjaer hits out at Manchester United packed fixture list with FA Cup semi-final looming

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes it is unfair that Chelsea have been given 48 hours more than Manchester United to prepare for Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final between the two teams.

Chelsea played their midweek fixture against Norwich City on Tuesday, whereas United are playing on Thursday evening against Crystal Palace.

The United boss is worried that Chelsea will be in far better condition for Sunday’s game at Wembley as a result.

“There is a concern, obviously, that they will have had 48 hours’ more rest and recovery than us. It’s not fair,” Solskjaer said.

“We spoke about a fair scheduling going into this restart and of course it isn’t. I have to think about Thursday, winning that one, focusing on that one, and then pick up
