Justin Bieber shares a new video of his preparations for his Changes tour which includes hockey drills and dance rehearsals
With roughly two and a half months to go before embarking on his first tour in three years, Justin Bieber shared a new video of him getting ready.
The 25-year-old star shared a new video on Instagram, showcasing some of his preparations for his Changes tour.
'Follow along as we prepare for tour life!!' Bieber said in the caption for his Instagram video, with his Changes tour starting May 14.

The brief video opens with Bieber walking into a studio, before turning to the camera and stating, 'So, my workout routine.'
He then starts setting up a number of cups down to practice stick handling hockey drills, as he moves a ball between the cups with his hockey stick.
He then moved to cardio, jogging in place before moving on to lifting weights as part of his workout regimen.

Bieber adds that he does, 'high reps with low weight and try to isolate' as he's seen working out with free weights.
The pop sensation then moved on to dance rehearsals, singing and dancing with a cadre of backup dancers behind him.
He then looks directly into the camera and says, 'This is the end of rehearsals, for the day, at least.'

'Today was a good day, we got a lot done, all the dancers showed up, the band showed up, we crushed it,' Bieber said.
He added, 'Sometimes, all you gotta do is show up. Show up, and show out,' he said, while closing the sliding door of his van as the video ended.
With several more weeks left until his tour kicks off, it's possible this could be the first of many rehearsal videos.

Bieber's Changes tour kicks off May 14 at CenturyLink Field, the home of the NFL's Seattle Seahawks.
The Canadian pop star will be playing a number of high-capacity venues like The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, Ford Field in Detroit and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The four-month tour concludes September 26 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
