Detroit food blogger's son is located, safe after being disappearing Saturday

UPDATE: Jaden Davis, the 16-year-old son of Detroit food blogger Angela Davis, has been safely located.
Jaden was last seen about 10 a.m. Saturday following a fight between the mother and son in the area of Stratford Road in the Green Acres neighborhood, said police and his mom, Angela Davis, a private chef who runs the popular food blog The Kitchenista Diaries.
Jaden had his phone taken away and the two were fighting, Angela Davis said. Then Jaden ran away.
“I saw him leave the house,” she said. “I got in the car with my daughter and I tried to follow him in the neighborhood, and then he started ducking in between homes and I lost track of him and that’s when I called 911.”
She last saw him in the area of Piccadilly and Canterbury roads, south of 8 Mile Road and east of Livernois Avenue.
