Thomas joined Today hosts Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Craig Melvin, Carson Daly and Dylan Dreyer at Rockefeller Plaza to tease all the exciting content instore for the new season.

On Friday, DailyMailTV will air an exclusive talk with former host of The View and newly minted DailyMail.com columnist Meghan McCain. 

'I got the first sit down with her to talk about what it's like to leave The View in the way that she did and what she wants to do next,' Roberts said. Meghan recently joined DailyMail.com as a columnist and her first piece will drop next week.

Season five will mark Thomas' second as the illustrious host alongside senior correspondent Alicia Quarles who is back for her fifth. While chatting on Today, Thomas promised something for everyone this season on DailyMailTV

'It's like the TV dinners we had growing up,' he said making an analogy. 'We had the brownie, the meatloaf, we've got the vegetables and everything like that. Sometimes we do start with the dessert, we start with the brownie first.'

Adding: 'We've got a lot of exclusives coming up and we're coming out of the gate hot.'

In a two-part Sharon Osbourne exclusive, the former daytime host revealed that she and her co-hosts had made a secret pact not to let producers hijack them on-air. 

It was a pact, she claimed, her colleagues went back on in March when a tense conversation on race erupted with Sheryl Underwood. 

'I felt totally betrayed, not protected by CBS. I felt used. I felt like an old shoe,' Sharon told DailyMailTV. 'They didn't care. It was a set up and it was set up by one of the executives.'

The star faced 'constant' death threats after the ordeal and was forced to hire 24-hour security to protect herself and husband Ozzy Osbourne.

Sharon also revealed that, under the recommendation of Sara Gilbert, she underwent three months of ketamine therapy to deal with the trauma.
