Ringo Starr celebrating band’s 30th anniversary with new tour and photo book

Rocker Ringo Starr will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his All Starr Band by hitting the road for a new tour and unveiling his latest photo book.
The Beatles icon has been joining forces with celebrity pals to play shows as the All Starr Band since 1989, when the line-up included blues legend Dr. John, Eagles star Joe Walsh, and late saxophonist Clarence Clemons.
Now he has announced a new set of global gigs with Toto’s Steve Lukather, Men at Work’s Colin Hay, and Gregg Rolie from Santana, among others, to mark the special occasion in 2019, with the concerts kicking off in California in March.
Meanwhile, Ringo is also gearing up to release Another Day In The Life, a photo book documenting his travels over the years.
“The book will include previously unpublished photographs, captioned with Ringo’s observations and anecdotes,” reads a press release. “Reflecting his love of music, travel and nature, Another Day In The Life shows us the world as seen through Ringo’s eyes. From Los Angeles to Tokyo and everywhere in between, many of Ringo’s observational images celebrate the quirkiness of life.”
He previously shared his snapshots with fans in 2013’s Photograph and Postcards From The Boys in 2003.
