Broadway's 'Waitress,' MasterChef Live on Chattanooga-area entertainment calendar

Oct. 20—Tennessee's governor is coming for breakfast, a Broadway tour is stopping in Chattanooga and a reality cooking show will present its challenges live on stage.

But first, here's what not to expect.

— All remaining dates of Boo in the Zoo at Chattanooga Zoo are sold out.

— Two shows at the Tivoli Theatre are off the calendar. "Peppa Pig's Adventure," which had been scheduled Thursday, has been canceled. The hologram concert LOL Surprise Live has been rescheduled from Tuesday to March 24.

— Tennessee Valley Theatre in Spring City has delayed its production of "Dracula" to a single weekend, Oct. 29-31.

— The University of Tennessee at Knoxville is sending only a pep band to the University of Alabama for Saturday's football game, so there will be no pregame performance by the Pride of the Southland Band in Chattanooga this year.

— 6 Fears' Hell's Bar Dam is open for paranormal adventures and haunted house scares at Hales Bar Marina & Resort, 1265 Hales Bar Road, Guild, Tennessee. Hours are 8:30-11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays through Nov. 6, plus Thursday, Oct. 28; 5-8 p.m. most Sundays, but 8-10 p.m. Halloween (all times Eastern). — The Boozy Cauldron, a Harry Potter-inspired cocktail experience led by a "professor of the beverage arts" and his top students, is set for 6:30 and 9 p.m. Saturday at The Signal, 1810 Chestnut St. The 90-minute show treats guests to four signature cocktails (including butterbeer), magic and stories about the famous tavern and the ghosts that haunt it. — Cemetery tours: Lee University history majors and volunteers will introduce visitors to Bradley County, Tennessee, residents of the 19th and early 20th centuries during the 15th annual Walking Tour of Historic Fort Hill Cemetery on Sunday. Students and local performers dressed in period costumes will bring these early residents to life. The 75-minute tours begin at 4 p.m., leaving every 15 minutes until dusk. — Rock & Rappel, a rock concert and rappelling adventure, is Saturday in downtown Dalton, Georgia. Rappelling down the five-story Landmark Building, 101 E. For the 55-minute, round-trip Missionary Ridge Local rides Saturday and Sunday, TVRM will run its best-known steam engines, Nos. 630 and 4501, from Grand Junction Depot to the East Chattanooga station and the Soule Shops restoration facility.
