Johnston police identify suspect in theft of designer eyeglasses

The Johnston police have an arrest warrant for a suspect in the theft of more than $10,000 worth of eyeglasses.

William McNally, 19, stole the glasses from OPTX Rhode Island on Hartford Avenue May 15, Johnston police said. The police identified McNally as the suspect after releasing surveillance footage from the theft to the public, but they still don’t now where he is.

Police asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them at (401) 231-8100.
