13-acre corn maze has a message for COVID-19: 'Go away."

Johnson's Giant Pumpkins in Saginaw is anxiously waiting for a chance to reopen in the fall.

It has put its patience on full display by remodeling its 13-acre corn maze to call out the coronavirus pandemic. Between a series of swirls and dead-ends, the words 'Covid Go Away' are spelled out with corn, as you can see from this aerial shot.

The farm wrote on Facebook: "Stomp out “Covid Go Away” as you wander through the 13-acre corn maze this fall!"

The farm is located at 4715 N Portsmouth Road in Saginaw and guests can visit the site on their opening day, currently scheduled for Sept. 12.
