The North Hamilton Mission Network (Grace, Fairview, Soddy, Sale Creek, Daisy, Burks, and Hixson UM churches) will gather on Saturday, March 14, in the Hixson UMC gym to package over 40,000 meals for "Rise Against Hunger."
Organizers said, "This is a fun and exciting event that is for everyone ages four and up. Come and join in with members of the community to help feed the hungry around our world."
Set up will be from 8-9:30 a.m. with the meal packing from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
