Grace Antony’s short film ‘K-nowledge’ explores a relevant theme

A few days ago, actress Grace Antony, who was part of films like ‘Thamaasha’ and ‘Kumbalangi Nights,’ had revealed that she is trying something new, by venturing into direction.
Grace said, “Being an actor is a blessing for me. But today I’m going to show you my small attempt as a director,” by sharing the first look poster of her short film ‘K-nowldege.’ She added, “You guys are the reason why I am here today.Requesting your prayers and blessings.”
After the first look poster and the teaser, she released her short film ‘K-nowledge’ yesterday. It is written by Grace herself and stars her cousins Ahina Andrews and Anahira Maria, alongside actress Niranjana Anoop and the director. It is produced by Grace, alongside Aby Tom Cyriac, who was the music director of the Prithviraj – Anoop Menon movie ‘Paavada.’ The short film has background score by Aby, and it has camera by Ajay Kunjumon.
Meanwhile, Grace also has a couple of interesting feature films coming up. She plays the female protagonist in ‘Sudani From Nigeria’ fame Zackariya Mohammad’s next project ‘Halal Love Story.’ We hear Halal Love Story stars Indrajith Sukumaran, Joju George, Sharaf U Dheen, Grace Antony and Soubin Shahir in lead roles along with Parvathy Thiruvothu, who appears in a guest role. The film is bankrolled by Aashiq Abu, Jesna Ashim and Harshad Ali under the banner Papaya Films. Grace is also part of Aju Varghese’s next film ‘Sajan Bakery Since 1962’ and also Abhilash’s ‘Simply Soumya,’ which is yet to go on floors.
