Meghan King Edmonds Claps Back After Mom-Shamers Attack Her For Letting 3-Year-Old Sleep In Crib
Reality TV star Meghan King Edmonds posted what most people would view as an adorable photo of her three-year-old daughter, Aspen, sleeping, but some Internet trolls didn't see it that way.
On Tuesday, King Edmonds shared the image that she's her daughter in a crib. "She asked me to tell a story about a baby and then Christmas lights. The magic of being 3," she wrote in the caption.

Some people think she's too old to be sleeping in there. "Think that cutie is out growing her crib lol," one person commented. "How come she sleeps in the dock a tot?" another asked.
King Edmonds returned to the post and shared an update in the caption to clarify the situation.
“Yep she’s in her crib,” she wrote. “She climbs out when she wants and occasionally sleeps in her toddler bed but tonight Baby Alive had already claimed the (not-so-coveted) bed so AK opted for her too-small sleep sack, dock-a-tot, and wayyyy too small round crib. Because this girl is a firecrackin individual and I challenge any of you to challenge her.”
Most fans in the comments weren't critical of the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star.
"Three is the best! Our current bedtime story requests are about Spider-Man and our Elf on the shelf," one wrote.
"My little one just turned 3 too - this is such a cool phase! Mine is pretending to be a dinosaur all the time," another said.
King Edmonds has been through some hard times lately after her husband, former baseball player Jim Edmonds, filed for divorce in October after he allegedly cheated on her with a nanny.
"I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn’t slowing down," she told Us Weekly. "Even when I make an unassuming post on Instagram, he hurls insults at me for a battery of made-up indiscretions. I’m sick of the abuse and I won’t engage anymore — and I don’t have to.”
