CHANDLER, Ariz. Mobile hardware security solutions provider, Privoro, received a U.S. Air Force mobile security prototyping contract via the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and AFWERX effort to streamline the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) process.

Under contract, Privoro will integrate its solution SafeCase with "anti-surveillance" features, which prevent mobile espionage by securely masking microphones and blocking cameras on smartphones, with the Air Force's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and ultimately providing government smartphone users improved 24/7 operational security.

Moving forward, the goal of the contract is to demonstrate Blue Force Tracking capabilities allowing the Air Force to enhance Command Center awareness and improve agent safety for both CONUS and OCONUS personnel via the secure SafeCase platform.
