Patron Of Glenview Bar Tests Positive For COVID-19

GLENVIEW, IL — If you were at the Whiskey River Bar & Grill in Glenview last week, you might want to get tested for the coronavirus. According to a Facebook post, a customer has tested positive for COVID-19. The customer was last at the Waukegan Road establishment on July 2.

"We can assure you that as an establishment, we are taking all proper precautions to ensure everyone's safety, including daily deep cleaning and sanitation specifically for coronavirus," the post reads.

The post goes on to say that employees who worked on July 2 were required to get tested for COVID-19 and each of their results came back negative.

"Please be compliant and respectful with staff when asked to wear a mask or social distance," the post reads. "We would also like to ask that if you are having any symptoms of COVID-19 to please stay home!"
