Samaritan Daytop Foundation hosts third annual Carmine's Cigars Golf Outing

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The Samaritan Daytop Foundation will host its third annual Carmine's Cigars Golf Outing on Saturday, Sept. 15 at the LaTourette Golf Course in New Springville.

The day on the links will be followed by a barbecue at Carmine's Cigars on Richmond Road in Dongan Hills, a cigar event hosted by General Cigars that includes a raffle with special prizes.

Proceeds from the day's fare will support Samaritan Daytop Foundation, an organization that raises funds to support the lifesaving mission of Samaritan Daytop Village.

The Samaritan Daytop Foundation champions Samaritan Daytop Village's efforts to improve the quality of life for thousands of New Yorkers by offering a rich and vast array of health and human services for men and women, adolescents, families, veterans, and the elderly.

Check in at La Tourette Golf Course is at 1 p.m.

A barbecue at Carmine's will immediately follow at 6:30 p.m.

The golf tab is $150; $30 ticket for barbecue only. The cost for a hole sponsor is $200.
