Welcome to La Perlita Casita! This gorgeous freshly remodeled beach casita is the perfect getaway for you and your closest friends and family! Enjoy a stunning interior finish with décor beautifully done and reminiscent of the seashore and beach! Sleeping accommodations for 6 are provided with one bedroom having a king size bed and the other a queen. It also has a plush comfy queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two spotless bathrooms, featuring all new cabinets, fixtures, toilets, and tub and shower combinations. Soft plush couches, beautiful décor and flat panel, wall-mounted TV’s in both bedrooms and the living area make visiting La Perlita Casita such a joy for your family and friends. Outside seating is available for those quiet moments when you want to enjoy the fresh island breeze or find time to read a good book. Enjoy immediate access to the pool area from this casita. The lust tropical landscaping up-lighted for special effects at night, immediately remind you of your attraction to Siesta Key Beach, our tropical paradise. Our office is open everyday from 9:00am to 6:00pm but guests can reach us by call or text 24-hours a day! Guests will need to stop by our office, located on the island, on the day of their arrival to complete their check-in. We provide a starter pack of supplies: 1 roll of paper towels 1 dishwasher pod 1 sponge 1 dish soap mini bottle 1 dish towel 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom 1 face soap in each bathroom 1 make up wash cloth in each bathroom 1 extra trash bag for each trash can per rental unit. Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Beachside (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
