Ohio Coronavirus: More Than 500 New Cases Reported

COLUMBUS, OH — Ohio has now confirmed more than 500 new COVID-19 cases, according to information from the Ohio Department of Health Sunday. The department also reported that 1,969 patients in the state have died from the virus.

The health department has confirmed 31,911 cases of the virus statewide. As of Sunday, 5,476 people have been hospitalized in Ohio from the virus, with 1,438 ICU admissions.

  • Franklin County: 5,188

  • Cuyahoga County: 3,927

  • Marion County: 2,617

  • Hamilton County: 2,403

  • Lucas County: 2,107
