8:32 p.m. at Pollard Road and York Avenue: Someone was stopped as a passenger in a vehicle for a vehicle code violation. A further search of the vehicle revealed a baggie containing prescription Xanax pills.

9:38 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects were stopped leaving a suspicious circumstance call. They were found in possession of cocaine, meth and a meth pipe.

9:43 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man was involved in a solo vehicle collision with the raised center median. On contact he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

2 a.m. in the 300 block of Shamrock Drive: Someone gained entry into a vehicle and stole an item.

9:51 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Drive: Three suspects were stopped in a vehicle for a vehicle code violation. One was found to have an outstanding warrant, amother was in possession of meth, and the third had a pair of composite knuckles in her possession.

12:31 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found in possession of a meth pipe.

May 3

6:46 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man was reported as sleeping in the restroom. Upon contact he was found to have outstanding warrants.

Overnight in the 1000 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone attempted to force a door open, but was unsuccessful.

Overnight in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone broke windows in an attempt to make entry, but was unsuccessful.

2:47 p.m. at Shelley and Bascom avenues: An officer located a stolen plate on a vehicle.

Overnight in the 600 block of Alpha Court: A moped was stolen from a carport.

May 4

7:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone has been repeatedly calling the victim from a blocked number and using profanity.

1:02 p.m. at Budd and Virginia avenues: A man, 19, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be smoking marijuana as he was driving.

4:14 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: A man, 42, was stopped for a  vehicle code violation and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

1:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects took items and fled in a Mercedes Benz.

5 pm. in the 1000 block of Allen Way: Someone contacted the victim and convinced her to send money in a PG&E scam.

11:19 p.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: A man and a woman were contacted during a welfare check. The woman was erratic after receiving a text from the man that he was taking her child to the hospital. A powdery substance believed to be Fentanyl was located in a duffle bag along with children’s toys.

May 5

9 p.m. at Camden Avenue and Erin: The victim said her husband attempted to sexually assault her.

Overnight in the 400 block of Sunberry: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

2 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A red 1997 Honda Civic was stolen.

3:58 p.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscourt Avenue: A man got into an argument with his girlfriend in violation of a peaceful contact order. He claimed she hit him and called police before the victim claimed he hit her. The victim fled prior to police arrival. The suspect had traffic warrants.

May 6

Overnight in the 400 block of Pamlar Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole a garage door opener.

Overnight in the 100 block of West Rosemary Lane: A beige 2002 Ford F250 was stolen.

Overnight at Aram and Whitehall Avenue: A 2001 Ford F250 was stolen.

Overnight in the 00 block of of West Latimer Avenue: A 2006 Toyota was stolen.

11:08 a.m. in the 300 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A man, 52, was passed out. HE lied about his name and was too intoxicated to care for himself.

2:59 p.m. at DeTracey and David: An officer located a stolen 1997 Acura Integra.

1:28 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A black Cannondale road bike was stolen while it was left unsecured in front of the store.

4:45 a.m. in the 800 block of Camden Avenue: Someone stole checks out of a drop box overnight.

9 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone gained access into the victim’s room and stole items.

10:27 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 24, was sleeping in the parking lot. He had an outstanding warrant.

11:10 p.m. at Bascom and Campbell avenues: A man, 49, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had two outstanding warrants.

5:31 a.m. in the 400 block of California Street: A woman, 36, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was arrested.

May 7

2:49 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man got into an argument with his girlfriend in violation of a peaceful contact order.

6:14 p.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscourt Avenue: A man, 34, and a woman got into an argument because he was drunk. He pushed her several times and punched a wall.

6:30 p.m. in the 00 block of Cristich Lane: A man, 49, got into an argument and punched the victim on the shoulder.

6:58 p.m. in the 900 block of Hazel Avenue: A resident reported that a GMC pick-up had been parked in front for the last two days. The pick-up was reported stolen out of San Jose on May 5.

8:11 p.m. at Campisi and Creekside ways: A passerby reported that two people were going through mail not belonging to them on the creek trail. A man, 32, and a woman, 26, were contacted under the overpass.

12:38 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: During an argument, the suspect hit the victim and caused a small cut. The suspect fled and was not contacted.

1:06 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenues: Two men were contacted during a disturbance. One had a felony warrant, and the other had misdemeanor warrants.

May 8

11:41 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man forcibly grabbed the victim’s keys out of her hand, got into her 2018 Maserati and tried to start it but was unsuccessful. He fled and was not located.

7:07 p.m. in the 2400 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man was causing a disturbance outside the business. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

9:49 p.m. in the 300 block of East Latimer Avenue: A man, 21, was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested. While being booked, he attempted to kick officers.

12:24 a.m. in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: A man, 43, backed into a sign and fled. He was stopped and found to be DUI.

1:31 a.m. in the 800 block of Cambrian Drive: A man, 34, prowled onto the property and yelled at residents. He was arrested and found to have a warrant.

May 9

11 a.m. in the 100 block of Hardy Avenue: Someone was seen rummaging through an unlocked vehicle, but did not take anything.

Noon in the 1500 block of Camden Avenue: A woman left her ring on the table and came back to find it was gone.

6 p.m. in the 400 block of California Street: A woman claimed that someone used her bank cards and took money from her account.

1:41 a.m. at Latimer Avenue and Warwick Drive: A man, 51, was stopped for vehicle code violations. He was found in possession of a baton.

3:05 a.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: A suspect, 28, was causing a disturbance. On contact they displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence.
