Barbara Kaye (Squibb) Gustavson

Gustavson, Barbara Kaye (nee Squibb) Age 76, of Minnetonka. Born January 22, 1943 in Morton, MN. Passed away on Nov 26, 2019 after a tireless fight against Alzheimer's disease. She married Gary Charles Gustavson on December 30, 1966. Barbara grew up in Hector, MN, graduating from Hector High School in 1961, before attending the University of Minnesota, where she received both a Bachelors degree and a Masters of Social Work. She worked for Hennepin County before retiring in 2008. Barbara was a loving wife and devoted mother. She is survived by her husband Gary, of Minnetonka, MN, son Todd (Shelley) Gustavson of Oak Park, IL, grandchildren Peter and Ingrid, sisters Janet (Cliff) Woodford, Pam (Mike) Lewis, Glenda (Gary) Proell, Rebecca (Gary) Hauer, brother John (Janice) Squibb, and sisters-in-law Sonia (Richard) Patten and Deidre (Chuck) Gustavson. She is preceded in death by her father John, her mother Martha, her brother Robert "Bobby", and sister Judith "Judy" (Jerry) Greenslit. Services will be private.
