Kourtney Kardashian applauded for not editing out her stretch marks in a swimsuit picture

Kourtney Kardashian is proudly flaunting her "little stripes."

The oldest Kardashian/Jenner sibling shared a picture of herself confidently rocking a black one-piece swimsuit on the official Instagram account of Poosh, her lifestyle brand.

And her followers couldn't help but notice one thing: Her visible stretch marks. 

Kardashian, 40, opted to post the photo from her Italian vacation without any Photoshop or edits, which drew praise from fans who commended her for embracing her flaws. 

"Thank you so much for not editing out your stretch marks!" user @mollyetoile3 wrote. 

The mother of three replied, "I love my little stripes 😊"

Some followers said Kardashian inspired them to accept their own imperfections. 

"Those stretch marks are giving me life & helping me embrace mine. So gorg," @_charityclay_ wrote, while @sicasanchezchen added: "Not editing gives women more confidence to show off theirs."

Others applauded the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star for promoting body positivity. 

"Just have to say that it's so nice to see women who (love) their skin & aren't afraid to rock their stretch marks," @joannaslivkoff commented. @lisamedina1023 added, "This is what a real body looks like!"

Kardashian has shared several smokin' pictures from her vacation over the past couple of weeks, including one of herself in a floral print two-piece that shows off her rock-hard abs. 

As her trip wound down, the Poosh owner reflected on her good fortune and journey with her three children – Mason, 9, Penelope, 7 and Reign, 4 – with ex Scott Disick.

"Wow, I just had the most beautiful night with my kids watching the sunset, feeling overwhelmingly grateful for this past few weeks spent together in Italy and so in awe of God’s creation there was nothing for me to do but cry (happy tears)," she wrote.
