Records lost from Marion Eye Center

MARION, Il. (KFVS) - On Oct. 11, of last year, Marion Eye Center was notified that copies of records had been lost in transit.
The eye center believes the risk to patients is low, but they are offering free credit monitoring services to those who are affected.
The records were requested by an outside insurance auditor. They arrived at the carrier’s hub, and were lost from there.
Marion Eye Center will be contacting affected patients via mail.
