How to Book a Reservation at Sarah Jessica Parker’s Hamptons Vacation Beach House for Under $20

Anyone down for a quick late-summer getaway?

Sarah Jessica Parker can add "vacation rental hostess" to her resume, as the Sex and the City star is opening up her charming 1940s Hamptons beach cottage for a limited-time special reservation.

Before you get too excited, here's the catch: anyone can rent the Carrie Bradshaw-worthy space, but only the quickest fingers to make the transaction will be successful. It's not open to the public for long, however, Parker is offering two fans a two-night stay at the swanky bungalow.

Her home, located on the south shore of Long Island in the town of Amagansett, New York, will be available to book on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 12 PM ET via Booking.com on a first come, first serve basis. The stay will take place that weekend, from Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28, 2022.

One would presume that with a decorated career like SJP, the fee to rent the humble abode would be astronomical, however, the lucky guests will only have to pay $19.98 for the stay—a nod to the year Parker began her role as Bradshaw.

"When we designed the space, our goal was to create a perfect getaway for family and friends that was comfortable, private, and that accentuated the property's close proximity to the beach," Parker shared.

According to the online listing, the 1,200-square-foot house includes amenities like a cozy fireplace, a home bar, and a large deck leading to a private backyard, complete with a pathway to a private beach.

"Guests will get a glimpse into all that Amagansett has to offer, while enjoying some of my favorite things to do in the area," a note from the actress reads on the listing. She even recommends eating at two of her "local favorite restaurants," Nick & Toni’s and Lobster Roll.

The experience will definitely be one to remember, as the lavish celebrity-treatment weekend also includes a fully-stocked fridge with some of SJP's favorite snacks for enjoyment, a pair of SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker pumps, craft cocktails, restaurant reservations, a shopping trip, and transportation to and from all activities. "We want our guests to make themselves at home, so feel free to kick off your shoes, break into the fully stocked bar, and admire all of the vintage appliances we’ve collected over the years," the Failure to Launch star added in her descriptive note.
