LONDON, England – Pegasus Airlines continues to rapidly expand its network and as of 12 June 2014 will operate flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen to the Kingdom of Bahrain, located in the Persian Gulf, with one-way fares starting from £123 including taxes and charges.

Pegasus flights to Bahrain, literally translating as ‘The Two Seas’, will run three days a week leaving London Stansted at 12.55 and connecting from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Bahrain International Airport at 22.15 on Tuesdays, Thrusdays and Saturdays to arrive at 02:05.

The returning flight from Bahrain to London will leave at 03.05 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen at 07.20 and connecting to London Stansted at 10.20, arriving at 12.15.

Bahrain is made up of three large islands and connects to Saudi Arabia through the 26 km long King Fahd Causeway. Pegasus also connects from Bahrain to 11 destinations within Turkey: Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman, Diyarbakir, Elazig, Hatay, Izmir, Trabzon and Van; and 33 other international destinations: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Basel, Berlin, Brussels, Bologna, Bucharest, Cologne, Copenhagen, Donetsk, Dusseldorf, Ercan (Northern Cyprus), St. Etienne/Lyon, Frankfurt, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Marseilles, Milan, Munich, Moscow, Paris, Pristina, Rome, Sarajevo, Skopje, Stockholm, Stuttgart, Tel Aviv, Tirana, Vienna and Zurich; comprising a total of 44 destinations in all.

With the addition of Bahrain, Pegasus Airlines now flies a scheduled service across Europe, the Middle East, Russia and the Caucuses to include 83 destinations in 34 countries.
