Medihoney Paste Wound & Burn Care Leptospermum Honey 1.5 Ounce Tube Each Medihoney Paste assists in the proper healing of wounds and burns. Medihoney Paste ingredients consist of all natural 100% Leptospermum honey which has been proven to greatly assist in healing chronic wounds, such as ulcers and burns that have not progressed with basic treatments. Leptospermum honey lowers the pH of the wound, promoting a better healing environment. It has a high osmolarity to cleanse the wound by aiding the body's natural process of debridement. The honey helps pull fluids and dead tissue from deep tissue to the surface. The necrotic tissue is then liquefied by the body for healing.Medihoney Hydrocolloid Paste is very thin making it ideal for hard to dress wounds such as tunneled or undermined wounds.
