That cluster of chinstrap penguins provides a sense of scale for the enormous hunk of ice, and as steep and slick as the curves of the 'berg look, those birds are right at home. Chinstrap penguins abound in Antarctic regions, as well as parts of Argentina and Chile. Some 'vagrants' have been observed as far away as New Zealand and South Africa.
