Perched high atop a hill overlooking Athens , the structures retain much of their majesty, even after enduring more than 2,000 years of natural decay, damage from war and occupation, and modern air pollution. We're taking a slightly unconventional look at the Acropolis with the Propylaea gateway on the left and the Temple of Athena Nike to the right.
