Des Moines is known for hosting one of the largest and best state fairs in the United States which is the Iowa State Fair. Every year the city is filled with numerous visitors as the fair attracts tourists with various concession stands and exciting rides. Aside from this, the city also houses the Moines Blank Park Zoo which one should not miss as it features a red panda.
