PARIS, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Friday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down 0.48 percent, or 23.92 points, to close at 4,961.64 points.
French global automotive supplier Valeo lost 5.28 percent. French international full-service banking group Credit Agricole and French industrial group Bouygues lost 3.15 percent and 3.14 percent respectively.
French high fashion luxury goods manufacturer Hermes International advanced 1.46 percent. French personal care company L'Oreal rose 1.25 percent. French multinational advertising and public relations company Publicis Groupe rose 0.94 percent. Enditem
