Bettervet Vets are the only vets that I have gotten my 5 year old boxer to trust. She had couple on-site vets that tried to muzzle her and she couldn’t breathe because her short nose. She has been terrified of vets. They came twice now and she is really starting to trust them. The last visit was awesome. They gave her an exam, cleaned her ears and gave her vaccine without any incident! They are compassionate and professional and I am so glad I switched!

Was a great experience. Both the Vet and Vet Tech were friendly and treated both my dogs with loving care. Will very much be my go to for them in the future.

I had to help my kitty of 15 years over the rainbow bridge this week .And I must say that I can't praise Ann Swartz enou Igh. She was so understanding and caring with Phantom . He had cancer and in a lot of pain. The experience was calm and peaceful. He passed in my arms. Having had many animals put to I would never do it any other way . Thank you,. And God bless. I want tothat the cost was less than at the vet

We love Dr. Bre and team! At our previous vet, our German Shepherd became anxious and reactive. With BetterVet, he gets special treatment to make him feel relaxed. What is typically a stressful day for him, becomes a fun day with new friends. They recently came out for a sick visit and we’re able to diagnose and treat at the same time. So convenient and well worth the extra money to visit at home!!!

Excellent service! I got stuck at work so my parents handled the appointment but I was there at the tail end. Dr. Olivia Wilson was nice enough to explain everything that she did and everything that she was concerned about, even though she was on her way to the car. She was very kind and explained that with Marina's skin inflammation she would be more comfortable scheduling another appointment for vaccines because she didn't want Marina to be in any more discomfort than she already was. I thought it was very kind of her to think of my pup's comfort rather than money, and that blew me away! She prescibed medication to help Marina and it seems like it's already working. The vet tech was also very nice and explained things to me when she, too, was on her way out the door. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment and am very pleased with our first experience!
