This stove is replacing a Vermont casting stove later this season. More reporting will follow once installed.

We use this to provide power to our mobile office with an ac unit attached during the work day. It bogs down just a bit when the ac compressor kicks on but it performs well all day. We have been using it for a few weeks now and it hasn’t not started or died on us. It uses about 14 gallons a day so I would assume it is at the top range of its power outage.

Used it to move my new 6500 lb trailer into a tight storage space and it did the job. Got the hang of it in minutes and then it was a breeze. It's 32 ft long overall including the tongue. I did buy the 7500 lb unit

It works well but sometimes it will not start moving unless I press the button and push the dolly in the direction I want it to go. Sometimes, without the push, it will just click. This issue occurs even when the battery is fully charged or not. After I figured out how to resolve the start issue, it is excellent.

I had trouble with telescopic frame adapter due to the frame on my trailer not aligning perfectly with the pre-drilled bolt holes in plate to attached it to the trailer frame. There is a gap between the bolts and top/bottom of the frame of about 3/16". When the trailer met resistance to movement, the frame adapter twisted on the frame. I will need to shim the space between the bolts and the frame. I will also use a bigger wrench to tighten the bolts more.

Have not had to use yet but it was very easy to put together and set up. It is on the quieter side also which is a plus

Baffle was damaged in shipping but part was sent in a couple of days. Great customer service!

This product has performed very well for us. Extremely portable and delivers the power needed to run small equipment. I would recommend this to anyone who needs power for a hard to get to area. Long battery life thus far and no failures.

Item shipped slower than advertised, but no worries. Arrived in a wooden crate. Easy assembly. Complete unit - no damage, looks new. Added gas and oil and connected battery. Started right up. Runs great. Our area is heavily wooded, so storms can cause power outages several times a year. Having a dependable generator is very important as outages can last several days. Looks like I'm prepared for the next power outage event.

The GenTent Stormbracer mounting kit is a great protection for the new generator purchased from FactoryPure. The kit fits extremely well and was easy to install. The unit will sit outside all year and be protected. Great product and very fair price.

I was unable to find a larger electric water heater locally, and I found Factory Pure on the internet. The product was delivered exactly when promised, in the exact manner promised, and was exactly what I ordered. The water heater was in perfect condition on arrival and worked exactly as expected. It is surprising what real people in a family business can do in a world dominated by big box stores that save us $100 while costing us so much more as they run us in circles, failing to do what they promise, and never truly standing behind the product they sold. It is so refreshing to buy from real people.

Received product in about a week after initial order date, main beam was damaged. Send it back, and still waiting on the replacement been over 2 weeks since I ordered this splitter. Customer was good.

Not yet installed, so the only feedback I have is that it arrived in the condition described. The installation and maintenance manuals for the unit were not with the delivery. Excellent choice of trucking company. They were easy to work with in a rural delivery.

When I bought my trailer, it came with aluminum wraps, but way too heavy to handle so I talked to the salesman and told him I want a later set of ramps. The ones I got from you guys are just as heavy only thing I wanted to do was Jeep.

We will install this summer. Hopefully it will fire up and work good this fall shipping was fast'

From ordering to delivery, everything was awesome! Knowledgeable staff, very professional and helpful. Unboxed the unit and it looked like new. Put oil and gas in and 2nd pull it fired up and ran perfectly! The battery for the electric start was dead but one phone call to generac and a new battery was on it's way to me (no cost for the battery and shipping).

Best price for this kit, even with the us/cad exchange rate. Took a chance ordering online and my worst case scenario came true, my kit was missing a piece! Contacted customer care and they had missing piece at my house in a week! Very pleased
